In partnership with the Running Event, Sound Running will host professional runners from around the world over an 8k course in Austin. We can’t wait to get runners back on the grass and show off the new course at Camp Mabry!

 

Last year's Cross Champs was one of the best cross country events in the World with very deep fields. The Men's race was won by Edwin Kurgat with the On Athletics Club taking the team title. On the women's side, Alicia Monson got the win and Puma Elite won a tight team battle.

Why Austin? Every year in late November running brands, retailers, and media outlets visit Austin as part of The Running Event. Brands showcase new products, the best retailers are recognized, and each day is full of branded events. With such a captive audience of sponsors and fans we feel that The Running Event and Austin are the perfect partners to help showcase the athletes, TEAMS, and our sport!
